In the absence of an election in November+-

Jarad Kushner  let it slip to reporters today that the plan was to delay the election in November.  That is not a Constitutional option. And if there is no election, then on January 20,2021, Trump becomes a private citizen, Pence becomes a private citizen, there is no house of rerprsentative because all 435 are up for re-election this year.  The democrats would control the Senate because 23 republicans are up for reelection and only 12 democrats.  So this would leave 27 republican senators and 38 democatic senators.  So the senior democratic senator would become president,  And most of those senators running for re-election are trying to distance themselves from Trump, but that is too little too late.  So maybe Trump and his exaulted son-in-law need to read the Constitution because I guarantee neither has ever read it.  It will be interesting.
