Update on WalMart card

After finding out that I could not use my prepaid WalMart Visa debit card to lease a car, I called the manager of customer service.  I pointed out that I was told I could use it anywhere I would use a traditional debit card and that this was not true.  I was informed that if I returned the card to the store with my receipt, they would refund my money.  Even though I do not agree with many of their practices, their customer service rocks.
