WalMart Prepaid Visa and Mastercard

Walmart makes the brag that the prepaid Visa and Mastercard can be used anywhere you can use a regular card.  Not true.  I know.  I bought a prepaid Visa debit card.  I was assured that I could use it anywhere.  I called three rental car companies.  Nope.  They will not take this card.  So don't let WalMart fool you.  You pay $6 up front for the card, then you pay $3 per month to use this cared.  It is a ripoff.
